IMPORTANT NOTES^{Due to many real-life factors like health and work, it takes me a long time to finish commission projects. For smaller pieces, I try to finish within a month, but for any long-term projects, it could be multiple. Please be aware that, when you commission me, it will likely be a slow process.Don't be afraid to ask for something if you don't see it on my menu! .TERMS OF SERVICE
<sub><sup>- All transactions are processed through PayPal only. No other currency than USD will be accepted.
- All commissions are expected to take anywhere from 15 days, up to a month.
- Before starting any work, the client must provide a non-refundable, upfront deposit of 50% of the final price. The remainder will be paid after the final sketch is approved.
- The client will receive watermarked sketches and progress through the commission. During the "sketch" phase, the client is free to approve or make revisions. After the sketch is approved and final work begins, there are no refunds.
- After the final image is completed, the last progress picture will be sent. If the client sees fit, a maximum of 3 minor revisions will be made at their request. If the revisions exceed 3, an additional 10% of the final price will charged. If they are major, the fee increases to 30%.
- The artist holds the right to decline or revoke commission services at any time, for any reason, as well as blacklisting clients from further work.
- Similarly, the artist holds the right to refuse service to a client/not accept their request for commission at any time and for any reason.
- Reposting my art is allowed only with credit and links.
- All commissions are for personal use only. You may not use any of my content for commercial or monetary purposes, including but not limited to physical prints, stickers, etc. Any use pertaining to advertising, marketing, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
- The client is allowed to use their commission as a profile picture or banner.
- UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED/ORDERED TO BE AN ITEM DROP-SHIPPED THROUGH VOGRACE, the commission will be a DIGITAL good, there will be no physical product shipped.
- You may not use my content for the purposes of AI generation or anything related. Doing so will immediately result in blacklisting.
- You may not remove, conceal, or edit the watermark in any way.
- You may not claim my artwork as your own.
- The artist retains all rights to artwork.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, the artist is, by default, allowed to use client commissions for social media and portfolio purposes.</sup></sub>By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
